Talking Matters

Talking Matters drop in is a well-being group for people who are recovering from mental health problems such as anxiety or depression. Also welcome is anyone who has a friend or relative who has experienced mental health problems, or if you just have an interest in this area. Our drop ins are based on CHIME:
- Connectedness – bringing people together within the community
- Hope – a positive atmosphere supporting people to their recovery
- Identity – rediscovering individual identity and being a group member
- Meaning – finding a new sense of purpose and meaning in their life
- Empowerment – people are encouraged to take ownership of their recovery
